A survey on online grocery shopping conducted in Indonesia in May 2024 found that 72 percent of respondents surveyed preferred to shop for groceries online due to free shipping offers. Meanwhile, 69 percent of surveyed respondents stated that they shopped on online grocery applications due to discounts offered.
